Cancellation –in writing please, no charge up to 7 days before arrival
Should you have to cancel your stay in the ****-Hotel Hölle, then we request that you take note of the following points:
- Cancellations will only be accepted in writing.
- Up to 7 days before arrival, a cancellation will incur no charge. From then on the first night will be reckoned as the cancellation charge!
- In a case of premature departure, 100% of the booked stay will be charged!
