Zoo
Situated in the south of the City of Salzburg is the Salzburg Hellbrunn Zoo. In the approx. 14 ha grounds of the zoo, visitors will find around 800 animals and 140 types of animals from Eurasia, America, Africa or Australia living in natural-looking free-roaming enclosures. By the way, in August the zoo is open twice a week until 23.00.
